A simple guide for author registration and paper submission:
1) Please visit the paper submission website at

2) For first time users, click at "Not a user? Create an account with this site" and follow the on-screen instructions to create username and password. If you have created your account, please login with your username and password generated.

3) After your login, please follow the on-screen instruction. Choose "Conference Track" and pick the conference track of your paper. Conference track for authors who are targeting scopus/non scopus journal will be under “GENERAL” papers track, the reviewers will decide the channel for you, based on the quality of your paper. Authors can choose proceeding for those who intended to publish in proceeding only. Please tick at all items at "Submission Checklist" and "Copyright Notice", then click at the button "Save and Continue".

4) At the following page, please enter the personal and institutional information for all authors (you may click at "Add Author" for adding additional authors) and also the title and abstract of your paper in "Title and Abstract". Then click at the button "Save and Continue".

5) Then, you should be able to upload your paper from here. Don't forget to click the "submit" button.

submission guidelines

We are pleased to announce that accepted papers of WoCTVET 2020 will be published in several platforms including Scopus journal, non-Scopus journal and e-proceeding.

For initial submission, please ensure the following documents are uploaded:
1) Paper manuscript (Example of Manuscript Template)
2) Originality Check Report (Authors should check their manuscript using plagiarism detection program such as Turnitin or other similar software to ensure similarity index is <30% before submission).

It is recommended that the length of your paper manuscript should be 6 to 8 pages (maximum) only (inclusive of reference). The peer-review process is done through double-blind peer review process, as such authors are required to omit their names and institutions for review. 

Authors are required to ensure that the submitted manuscript is adequately edited and proofread for good readability and free from grammatical errors. Failure to comply may result in manuscript not accepted for journal publication.

** Kindly inform the paper review secretariat if authors do not wish to publish their work in the journal. As such, the manuscript will only be published in WoCTVET Conference Proceedings.

Paper Review Policy 

Our paper review policy will strictly follow the requirements of the journal published, where a double blind peer-review is pursued to ensure the highest quality of research globally. All conference submissions will be assigned three reviewers and peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers, who can be members listed in the list of international Scientific Committee or other experts in fields of research that specifically matching the conference themes and topics. Reviewers are required to provide the author with comments intended to improve the content, style, and other issues (e.g., language) that helps to improve the quality of the manuscript. However, it is the author's responsibility to ensure that the submitted manuscript is adequately edited and proofread for good readability, free from grammatical errors and also to comply with the originality standards. Failure to comply to all these may result in manuscript not accepted for journal publication.

Registration Fees
All participants must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue. Participants are also advised to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the conference just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by fax or email to WoCTVET 2020 secretariat (fax: +607 4536585 or Email:This email address is being protected from spambots. Cancellations received 45 working days prior the first day of the conference/event will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 30% of the Conference fee. Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are liable for the full registration fee.
Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from WoCTVET 2020 secretariat. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed. Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

The WoCTVET reserve the right to amend any part of the Conference programme if necessary at any time. WoCTVET 2020 committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, WoCTVET 2020 committee accepts no responsibility for loss of money incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

Personal Insurance
WoCTVET 2020 committee cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. WoCTVET 2020 committee strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes. Therefore, WoCTVET 2020 committee and its co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.

Privacy Legislation
In registering for WoCTVET 2020, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available to parties directly related to the conference including the venues and accommodation providers. WoCTVET 2020 committee may use these details to inform current participants of conference updates or future conferences via email. Participants are responsible for advising WoCTVET 2020 committee if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the conference participant list or WoCTVET 2020 distribution list for future events.
